After six years of developing and selling plugins for WoltLab Suite and VieCode Shop, I have decided to discontinue the operations of Krymo Software.
The usage and exploitation rights for the majority of plugins have been acquired by the established software vendors SoftCreatR Media and Hanashi Development. They will take over further development, maintenance, and support of the respective plugins.
1. Transferred plugins and new vendors
Transfer to SoftCreatR Media
The following plugins have been fully transferred to SoftCreatR Media and will be further developed and maintained there:

Transfer to Hanashi Development
The following plugin has been transferred to Hanashi Development and will be further developed and maintained there:
- VieCode Shop: Reversal Invoices
2. Special case: VieCode Shop (Customer Area): "Create Customer Account" form
The plugin VieCode Shop (Customer Area): "Create Customer Account" form will no longer be offered or maintained as a standalone plugin.
The complete source code and the required usage rights have been provided to VieCode so that the functionality can be integrated directly into the VieCode Shop.
Uninstalling the plugin will not result in any data loss.
3. Customers of the official WoltLab Plugin Store
For customers who purchased plugins via the official WoltLab Plugin Store, no action is required.
The plugins have already been transferred to the respective new vendors. Support will be handled via their support channels.
4. Customers of the Krymo Software Store (license migration)
Customers who purchased plugins directly via the Krymo Software store must migrate their licenses to the respective new vendors by February 28, 2026 in order to continue receiving updates and support.
Migration to SoftCreatR Media
For plugins transferred to SoftCreatR Media, a self-service migration process is available. A customer account at SoftCreatR Media is required.
The migration can only be initiated by the customer. There is no automatic migration and no automatic transfer of personal data.
Migration to Hanashi Development
For Hanashi Development, license migration is handled by submitting a proof of purchase (e.g. invoice) via a support ticket.

5. What happens if no migration is performed?
If a license is not migrated by February 28, 2026, the plugin may still be used.
However, there will be no entitlement to support, updates, or other voluntary services provided by the new vendors. Statutory usage rights remain unaffected.
6. Support and statutory warranty
Support services and any claims arising from statutory warranty obligations have been transferred to SoftCreatR Media or Hanashi Development.
Krymo Software no longer provides support for the transferred plugins.
7. Availability of website and package servers
The Krymo Software website and package servers will remain available until March 31, 2026.
It is strongly recommended to update plugins to the latest available version before that date.
Older plugin versions may only be available from the new vendors to a limited extent.
8. Data deletion
All personal data (including user and customer accounts) will be permanently deleted by April 5, 2026, including backups.
Data subject to statutory retention obligations (e.g. invoices) are excluded.
Note on data protection: No personal data will be sold or otherwise transferred.
