§ 1. Scope of application

1.1 The following license terms refer to all versions of the products provided free of charge on the websites https://www.woltlab.com/ and https://krymo.software/ that were manufactured by Niklas Friedrich Gerstner (hereinafter referred to as manufacturer).

1.2 The provisions of this license agreement apply exclusively. Oral subsidiary agreements or any terms and conditions of the person downloading are already contradicted now.

1.3 With the download and installation of the product you declare your agreement with the present license agreement. If you do not agree with these terms, you may not install this copy of the product.

1.4 Your right to use the product expires automatically if one of the terms of this license agreement is violated. When the right of use expires, you are obliged to delete the product from the servers and databases used and to destroy all copies of the product, including the documentation supplied with it and any modified and amended versions of the product.

1.5 The manufacturer is not responsible for content that third parties place in a purchased product. In particular, by distributing the product, the manufacturer is neither a provider of its own information according to § 8 TDG, nor a service provider of external information according to § 11 TDG.

§ 2 Scope of licence

2.1 The product you have downloaded may be used without restriction.

§ 3. Duplications

3.1 You may reproduce and create copies of the software.

3.2 You may not distribute the software without explicit permission.

§ 4. Changes

4.1 You may change and edit the source code of the product at your own risk and adapt it to your needs both graphically and functionally.

4.2 Copyright notices, serial numbers and other features of the product serving to identify the software and source code, in particular the visible copyright notices and the link contained therein, may under no circumstances be removed or changed. The same applies to any suppression or rendering unrecognizable.

4.3 Anything else only applies if you acquire an additional license from the manufacturer, which entitles you to remove only the visible copyright notices (branding-free license).

§ 5 Liability

5.1 The manufacturer accepts no liability for any damage, errors, loss of data or similar that may arise from the use of the product.

§ 6. Choice of law and place of jurisdiction

6.1 The law of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply with regard to all legal relationships arising from these license provisions, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.

6.2 If you are a merchant within the meaning of the German Commercial Code, a legal entity under public law or a special fund under public law, München in Germany is agreed to be the place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising in connection with the execution of this license agreement.
