We have just released version 2.3.0 for the plugin VieCode Shop: Reversal Invoices.
Notable Changes
- Adaptation to WoltLab Suite™ Core 6.1
- For new installations, the consecutive reversal invoice number is reset at the beginning of each year to ensure consistency with regular invoice numbers.
- Existing installations are not affected by this. However, it is possible to set an opt-in by changing the class for generating reversal invoice numbers in the administration control panel to shop\system\reversalinvoice\identifier\DefaultSoftwareReversalInvoiceIdentifier.
- Newly created reversal invoices now support the ZUGFeRD format with the XRechnung 3 profile.
- Due to an unexpected behavior of VieCode Shop, XRechnung data was transferred from regular invoices to reversal invoices. Affected are all reversal invoices that were created since the installation of VieCode Shop 8.1.3 until the update to VieCode Shop: Reversal Invoices 2.3.0, if XRechnung was activated. The PDFs contain the XRechnung data of the regular invoices and are therefore incorrect in terms of content. To correct the XRechnung data in affected reversal invoices, it is recommended to execute the action “Correct incorrect XRechnung data in reversal invoices” in the administration control panel under “Rebuild Data”.
This version can be installed by customers with an up-to-date license via the package server of WoltLab or Krymo Software.
